Buyers who return a build are responsible for return postage costs (plus duties) and a $15% restocking fee.

Upon receipt of the item, we will proceed with a full refund or begin the exchange once we confirm it is in brand-new condition with all original components.

Returns can only be accepted if the original packaging is still on (Plastic Protection on the strap/not sized or worn). It must also be within the 1 week return period once delivered. ✅

Canceled Orders Are Subject to A $ 50 USD Fee Per Watch, as time has already been spent fully building the piece.

Please carefully read all the stated below instances since these are the conditions accepted when shopping at Chrono Canada

    • For one years the Chrono Canada team will take care of any issue your product might have due to construction malfunctioning or defective components, we pride ourselves in having the longest warranty in the modding world.
    • If any of your delivered items presents a defect that can be solved by the replacement of one component of the product, for example, the wrong bracelet shipped or the wrong bezel color, a defective caliber, etc… the replacement component will be sent right away and the cost of replacement will be reimbursed by us!
    • Delivery: It’s the customer’s full responsibility to make sure the correct delivery of the package is ensured, if the customer fails to keep in contact, respond, reach out to the carrier for delivery if necessary, pick up their packages, or refuse to pay import taxes, you will not be eligible for purchase protection and you will not receive a replacement or refund of your order.
    • In case the replacement of a component will not solve the issue and the problem arises within our warranty time, we will get the defective watch back and send you a new replacement right away for free.
    • If the item does have defects we will cover the shipping cost of shipping it back to us and the shipping cost of the replacement’s delivery.
    • If a component of the watch stops functioning, our warranty will get activated and the same procedure followed, every case will be evaluated singularly and you will get your watch repaired or replaced for free.
    • If the item delivered does not have any defects nor any other valid reason for a return, our warranty and return policy will not be activated.
    • A defective accessory or a missing one does not make you eligible for a return, we will simply refund it
    • Any watch used or with plastics removed that is not defective will not be eligible for returns (this does not apply to defective ones, clearly if they are defective our warranty applies fully)
    • Any customer who does not refer to us respectfully, insults, or aims to hurt our company and its employees in any way, will not be eligible to any support, and any other sort of obligation we have will be void, as well as any right to claim our warranty.
      More specifically, any customer who interrupts their communication with us, either by not replying or blocking us on WhatsApp for example, will also give us the right to void any support, claim of our warranty, or even the completion of the order.
    • Any time-related instance will not make you eligible for a refund, even if Express delivery is selected (for example item not delivered for a gift / birthday / Christmas, etc..) and if assembly takes longer than the estimated time
    • Size not fitting the customer properly or just not liking the style of the watch won’t qualify you for a return.
    • In some instances, we might have to fulfill the NH38 caliber watches with NH35s when a shortage occurs, this does not hinder the functionality of the watch in any way so it won’t qualify for an activation of the warranty nor a return.
    • For standard shipment our 20/30 days delivery is an estimate of the business days it usually takes for packages to arrive to our clients, and does not include the time taken by us to complete the watch, and a watch not arriving within this term is not a valid reason to request a cancellation, return or refund
    • A delay in the assembly of the item does not qualify you for order cancellation, return, or refund, as our assembly time might get delayed in times of extreme order overload, you can cancel the order only on the same day we receive it, before assembly starts.
    • A delay in the shipment after the order is dispatched won’t qualify you for a refund or cancellation, as shipping providers can have their own issues and delays, and are completely outside of our control 
    • Any instance of the watch not arriving before a festivity, a special occasion, or a gifting sort of situation won’t qualify you for a cancellation, a refund, or a return.
    • If the item is returned, it’s the customer’s responsibility to ship the watch back and bear the costs of shipment, any refunds will be received only once the watch is shipped back and inspected, being processed by us within 2 week of it being received
    • We accept cancellations only on the same day of receiving an order and we will charge a 50usd cancellation fee, once we receive it, the order is automatically sent to our watchmakers, and assembly is initiated.
      Any cancellation requests received not the same day as the order is made cannot be processed.
    • If a wrong or defective watch is delivered, we have the duty to get the wrong/faulty one back and deliver the correct one for free, that is what our warranty covers, and it will not qualify for a free cancellation
    • We do not recommend water usage and any water-related issue is not covered by our warranty being that these are hand-assembled items and the water resistance can fluctuate outside of our tested parameters
    • We do not recommend water usage (if your watch, once immersed in water or after a shower gets humidity or water drops inside, just leave it in a glass of rice overnight and it will be perfectly dried and functioning in the morning)
    • If the item does not have any defects or malfunctionings, you will not be eligible for a return, or might request one from our support team explaining your specific case, and if granted, the customer must cover shipping costs and under the conditions specified by customer support, with eventual partial refunds involved.
