Common Questions
How long does it take to get my watch?
Each watch is handcrafted to order. Usually, it takes about 3 to 5 weeks for the build and testing phase. Once it’s off the bench, I ship it express and tracked.
I’m usually at the bench building, so I don't always send updates during the assembly phase. You’ll get a tracking number sent to your email the second your watch is finished and packed.
I only use genuine Japanese movements (NH34, NH35, or VK63). They are absolute workhorses. I don’t use the cheap "no-name" clones because I wouldn't wear them myself, so I won't sell them to you.
Most are! They are self-winding, meaning they power up from your wrist movement. They also support manual winding if you haven't worn them in a few days. (Note: The VK63 is a "Mecha-Quartz" hybrid)
I build everything here in Canada. However, to save you from paying expensive import duties and taxes, I use a 3PL shipping partner. This is why your tracking might initially show a scan in an international hub before it hits the USPS/local network.
Don't worry! I ship extra bracelets and straps separately to ensure the watch case stays protected. They are on the way in a different package.
Since every watch is custom-built for you, I don't offer straight refunds. However, I stand by my work 100%. I offer free exchanges if you want a different style, or I will completely rebuild/replace the watch if there is any mechanical defect.
