Canada Post Strike

New Orders Will NOT Be Affected By Delays!  😁

I shipout with other UniUni, USPS and Fleetoptics.

Hey everyone,

I wanted to take a moment to keep you all updated about something that's been impacting some recent orders. As you may have heard, Canada Post is currently experiencing strike-related disruptions, and unfortunately, it’s holding up several packages I’m expecting. These include crucial parts for custom watch builds that I know many of you are eagerly waiting for.

What This Means for Old Orders

For past orders that rely on these delayed parts, the strike has created some unavoidable setbacks. While I’m doing everything I can to get the parts into my hands, the delays are entirely out of my control. Believe me when I say, I feel your frustration—I’m just as eager to get these watches completed and shipped to you as you are to receive them!

Steps I’m Taking

To minimize the impact moving forward, I’ve already started switching to a different shipping carrier for all new parts orders. This ensures that parts for future builds won’t face the same delays. For orders already affected by the strike, I’m keeping a close eye on updates from Canada Post and exploring every possible solution to speed things up.

A Word of Thanks

I know waiting isn’t easy, and I genuinely appreciate your patience and understanding during this unexpected situation. Building your custom timepieces is something I take pride in, and I’m committed to ensuring every watch meets the standards you’ve come to expect—even if it takes a little longer right now.

If you have any questions or want to check in on the status of your order, feel free to reach out. I’m here to help and always happy to chat!

Thanks again for sticking with me. I promise the wait will be worth it.

Cheers,
Johnathen
